Phil Dusenberry
By Bob Fagan on Apr 11, 2014
Whenever baseball season rolls around, Phil Dusenberry always comes to mind. Phil played college ball and also co-wrote The Natural movie. He started at BBDO in 1962 and in the course of his life's work there, changed advertising and added a lot of humanity to it. Phil led the agency through many years and his personality really shows in their ads of those years. He is of course remembered for the famous Michael Jackson Pepsi ads as well as countless others. One of the best non Chiat/Day Apple ads were done under his watch also. Watch the video and see why he is a legend and also why he is in The One Club Creative Hall of Fame.
