As VP of UX at Betaworks in New York, Neil guides the team that develops innovative startup experiences, and has been responsible for design of Chartbeat, bit.ly, and numerous other products over the last five years. Neil established and built interactive product design teams at several companies over the last fifteen years, and has extensive experience in the areas of Interaction Design and Design Research. In the course of his career, he has worked in-house and in consulting, at global companies and startups, creating solutions for a wide range of businesses. Neil previously worked at Morningstar in Chicago, and after getting his Masters of Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon, went to Razorfish then Yahoo! in New York.
