Mike Lescarbeau spent two long stints with Fallon as a copywriter and creative director, with similar postings at Hill Holliday and London’s Leagas Delaney in between. He was also co-founder of One and All, an agency with an unprecedented collaborative model. In May 2007, Lescarbeau joined Carmichael Lynch as president and chief creative officer. He assumed the chief executive role in May 2009. At Carmichael Lynch he has eliminated barriers between agency disciplines and integrated the agency’s creative offering, garnering new levels of recognition for breakthrough campaigns across all media. Lescarbeau sits on the board of directors of several non-profit groups, including The BrandLab, which works to introduce young people of color to the advertising business.
