Working his way up through the ranks of Publicis Mojo, FCB, GeneratorBates, Saatchi & Saatchi and then Lowe Worldwide, Josh has consistently received accolades for his creative and strategic work.

In 2007 alongside 3 other partners Josh successfully launched, grew and 4 years later, sold his stake in Us, an Australian creative agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore. With clients such as Nike, SBS, Subaru, Ebay and the TAB Corporation among its top clients.

In 2011 Josh returned to NZ to raise a family and embark on the RE establishment of Y&R NZ. Both adventures are going swimmingly.

Josh has won at every major global award show including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards, One Show and Effies and had the honor of judging the Cannes Lions, The Clios and most recently the Dubai Lynx awards.
