During her 20+ years as Vice President Creative Director for Target, she created a powerful new philosophy, Design for All, which was rolled out company-wide. Initiating industry-changing partnerships with iconic designers, she positioned Target as a lifestyle brand, bringing affordable design to the consumer. Under her creative leadership, Target became a trend-setting, destination retailer.

Now Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Minda Gralnek and Company, her passion for the power of good design continues to influence products, brands and experiences that connect with audiences and ignite positive transformations for businesses and consumers.

Previously,  Minda held the positions of VP Global Design at PepsiCo and Global Managing Partner, Retail at McCann Worldgroup.
