Chaka is CCO of Leo Burnett London, with 20 years of experience as an ECD/CD, writer and director.

Before coming to Leo Burnett, Chaka worked on, for and across the biggest broadcasters, brands, programmes, content and agencies. She hasn’t had a conventional advertising career but she has made 1000’s of ads. And campaigns. And shows.

She was recruited by David Pemsel and Peter Fincham to set up and run ITV Creative, ITV’s first In-house creative agency, production company and design studio. She then spent a number of years at Mother before joining Leo Burnett.

Among many others, she has worked on accounts for Boots, No. 7, Agent Provocateur, Adidas and Coca-Cola and has over a hundred television, film and advertising awards including Campaign Big, National TV Awards (NTA’s), Rose D’Or, Royal Television Society, Bafta, Broadcast and the prestigious Channel of the Year, won by ITV1 for the first time in their history.
