Internationally-awarded creative director Damien Eley has spent the last 20 years working between Sydney, New York, London and Los Angeles and is a founding partner and ECD of Mistress.

Along the way he has created everything from traditional, integrated advertising campaigns to world-record-breaking stunts, global brand re-inventions, TV series and even a musical.

Whether through digital, social, tech or traditional means, the work he creates and oversees is always cultural, always engaging and always explores the latest in media opportunities.

As well as creating advertising that works in any form, he's judged, tutored, lectured and presented in the above-mentioned markets. Most recently Damien spoke of Mistress’s passion in Modern Media Culture at Cannes and gave a look under the kimono of Mistress's work for Netflix, Mattel and VH1 at the digital conference ClickSummit in Portugal.

In addition to Mistress, Damien is also co-founding partner of Collegiate Marketing agency Neato and co-founding partner of beverage company Mixwell.
