Jae Goodman is Co-Head and Chief Creative Officer of CAA Marketing, a division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA), an entertainment and sports agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Nashville, and Beijing. CAA Marketing provides corporate clients with creative solutions that leverage the power of entertainment to build brands and drive business results. CAA Marketing clients include Coca-Cola, Mattel, Harley-Davidson, Dell, Elle Magazine and Richard Branson's newest airline, V Australia.

CAA Marketing was the driving force behind recent successes including Microsoft's bing-a-thon, the first-ever live, interactive show on Hulu; the first and second-ever brand film accepted into the Sundance Film Festival; the GAP's "Vote for _________" Campaign, their first-ever Webby Award-winning work; and Mattel's incredible momentum in entertainment, with seven feature films currently in development including, for the first time in fifty years, Barbie.

Prior to joining CAA, Goodman served as Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Publicis & Hal Riney in San Francisco, overseeing all creative talent and work produced at the agency, with a specific focus on branded entertainment for such clients as Sprint, 24 Hour Fitness, Jamba Juice, Beringer Wines, and Univision, among many others. Previously, he worked at Wieden+Kennedy and Leagas-Delaney.

Outside of advertising, Goodman's successes include co-creating and executive producing a show for FOX Sports; developing an in-depth partnership between 24-Hour Fitness and NBC's The Biggest Loser; creating American Oddball, a pioneering SMS marketing program for Virgin Mobile; and writing a host of music videos including the 2008 MTV Video Music Award-nominees Miley Cyrus' "Seven Things" and Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body" with director Brett Ratner, both of which have garnered more than 500,000,000 online impressions.
