Josefine has 16 years experience working at leading advertising agencies in both Stockholm and Sydney. For the last five years she has been at INGO Stockholm where she is now Creative Director.

In 2016 INGO was creatively ranked No 3 in the world at Cannes Lions and just recently INGO became No 6 on Fast Company's list of the 50 most innovative companies in the world 2017.

Josefine has won over 60 awards in the form of Lions, Pencils, Eggs and other desirable shapes. She has been a juror of both Swedish and international prominent awards shows, and shared her opinions and trend spotting in panels and talks around the world.
