As Head of Production at Leo Burnett Chicago, Veronica is a tireless champion of craft and creativity. She leads a 90-person integrated team of producers that is accountable for Leo Burnett's world-class work and bringing creative ideas to life in the best possible way.

Veronica started her production career at Leo Burnett. She has produced award-winning work for clients including Allstate, Firestone, Nintendo and P&G. Over the years, she has also honed her skill at building diverse teams to execute highly complex campaigns.

What keeps her motivated? In her words, "Always doing something new, different and innovative. Working on ideas that change the way people think and feel, and making work that becomes part of our culture."

Her passions include travel and cooking, which she shares with her husband and two young daughters.
