Michel Teicher started his career at BETC Paris in 2002. As an agency producer, he worked on various multi-awarded campaigns for brands such as 13th street and Syfy. In 2009, he founded Rita films, BETC's integrated production company, or as Michel called it - BETC's "make it happen company", to help bring creatives ideas to life. In 2015, Rita films was named 'Best production company' in France by CB News magazine. The company produced award-winning campaigns for brands like Air France, Club Med and Ubisoft, recognised by the One Show, Cannes Lions, the Clios and more. He also produced music videos for Skrillex, Sports Kantes, Portland or Guizmo; the Vape Wave documentary by Jan Kounen and a selection of short films.

In 2017 Michel joined William Blanc as partner in the new production companies Cream and Gamers.
