Steffany is Group Creative Director at Tribal Worldwide, currently servicing the MARS team, namely 3 Musketeers in its new phase of content-first digital creative.
Previously Steffany served as Creative Director at content-churning digital shop Threshold Interactive in Los Angeles, CA running digital campaigns and social creative for clients such as SweeTarts, Hot Pockets, Butterfinger, Nestea, Nestlé Pure Life, Ice Mountain, Poland Spring, Ozarka, Arrowhead and Deer Park bottled waters. Steffany has deep experience in cross platform creative implementation as well as long form, short form planned and real time marketing. She is seasoned in creating specified content for global, national and local markets.
Previously, Steffany spent 6 years at Tribal DDB NYC where she led the digital creative for J&J Beauty and produced award-winning work across a variety of brands including Advil, Diageo, Quidsi, Lipton and Phillips.
Before that she spent time at G2 (Grey Group) in their wellness division and at JWT where she worked on Dominos, Tanqueray Wheat Thins and Trident gum.
Steffany’s work has been recognized by nearly every industry awards show, including Cannes ACT Responsible, New York Festivals, One Show, WWD Beauty Biz, Webby, WebAward and others. She is also the best-selling author of the off-to-college book I’ll Miss You Too.
