Harrison was tasked in 2011 to set up WPP School in China—the accredited collegiate educational initiative for WPP with Chinese government, and has since helped developing creative young blood, from graphic designers to new media content creative. The work of his students has been recognized widely in both international and Chinese prestigious awards. Before setting up WPP School, Harrison was a management veteran with Ogilvy and DDB in greater China. He is also an executive coach in leadership for various communications conglomerates.

Harrison is a renowned cook in the agency circle, and father to two grown-up children. He is an active contributor, fundraising for underprivileged kids in China for higher education.
