We had a great time last week at our One Screen award
ceremony, held at NYC’s Landmark Sunshine Cinema, where we celebrated our
top winners from the competitive global short film competition.
Best of Show was awarded to director Martín Rosete for his short film "Voice
Over," depicting a character involved in three life or death situations
that move between vastly different times and spaces. Acclaimed director
Errol Morris earned Best Direction for his short "It's Not Crazy, It's
Sports: Team Spirit," created by agency Wieden+Kennedy for client ESPN.
The One Screen "Best Music Video" award was presented to Alma Har'el for
her direction of the band Sigur Ros' provocative video "Fjögur Píanó,"
starring actor Shia LaBeouf.
