In May 2012 Iain joined Google Creative Lab. He’s still unsure why he’s there and what he’s doing. But he’s enjoying the ride.

Prior to Google Iain was Global Interactive ECD at Wieden + Kennedy. His most recognized work is the Old Spice ‘Responses’ campaign. In recognition of his contribution to the agency he was made a partner in 2011.

He was one of the founders and Creative Directors of Poke. A digital creative agency with offices in London and New York. He worked on advertising and interactive design projects for a range of clients from established brands like American Express, Orange, Yahoo! through to startups like Zopa.

He's included in the 2010 and 2011 Creativity 50, Ad Age's 25 Media Mavens and is one of Fortune Magazine's 2010 '40 Under 40. In 2011 AdWeek named him one of the 10 most creative minds in digital. And he was recently inducted into the AAF Hall of Achievement. He’s been lucky enough to judge D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clios, ANDYS and (best of all) One Show.

He has a degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and spends much of his time pondering the wobbly relationship between people and technology. He is the proud and slightly tired father of twin 4-year-olds.
