m3 media | DIGS is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and inspired Art Director / Senior Designer to initiate, manage, supervise and execute create design projects across our media platform.
The ideal candidate will be a graphic design / creative expert who can consistently deliver best in class design and creative assets for our portfolio of luxury real estate publications and digital media platform with ability to execute in a high-volume, deadline driven production environment.

The Art Director / Senior Designer is responsible for managing and elevating our creative deliverables for both clients and the DIGS brand; leading concept development; designing unique and engaging creative; branding and copywriting; and providing quality control through the various stages of the design and production process.Â A successful candidate will love providing both the creative direction but also designing his/her creative solutions for our clients and our brand.
Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who is ultra creative, organized, and detail oriented. Â This is a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with many moving parts; the ideal candidate thrives under pressure and maintains composure and professionalism with our clients and staff.
Skills & Responsibilities:
? Manage projects from concept to completion, hands-on entire design process
? Lead design team to come up with winning marketing campaign strategies and creative solutions for our clients
? Deliver quick and creative solutions cross platform (print, digital)
? Develop / concept branding and identity for clients
? Ability to create high quality designs for magazines, digital ads, websites, branding, eblasts, and other marketing collateral for both clients and the DIGS brand
? Explore and develop new and creative ways for brands and client campaigns to deliver marketing results through design engagement and interaction
? Continue to push, elevate and innovate both DIGS brand and clients creative
? Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced work environment with tight production deadlines
? Enhancing client user experience via engaging design
? Research and understand new technologies and how they allow for creating / delivering exceptional designs
? Assist in general office administration and various general production needs as directed
? Minimum 3-5 years experience in graphic design
? Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar field, or commensurate work experience
? Exceptional design and creative skills ? we want remarkable design / creative!
? Familiarity with all phases of the creative life cycle and ability to work with a team through execution of phases (strategy, conceptualization, development, scheduling, client approval, execution and delivery.)
? Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
? Ability to create and carry out overall brand identity and visual presence for new clients
? Strong written, oral and visual communication skills with high attention to detail
? Great organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and effectively process workflowÂ and communicate status of projects to team
? Must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to meet and exceed all performance objectives on a consistent basis

? Strong relationship management / building, customer service, time management and prioritization skills

? Agency experience
? Ad copywriting and campaign concept and development
