Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelors degree AND 5 - 8 years related business experience, OR in lieu of Bachelors degree, a minimum of 9 - 12 years relevant business experience is required.

- Demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills

- Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills

- Computer skills in Windows and business applications.

Essential skills:

Motion Graphics Designer (MGD) / Training Specialist (TS) needs to develop utility training that meets specific instructional goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating 2D & 3D animated graphics to support all types of educational video training.

As a BGE Utility MGD/TS, you will be expected to work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate innovative eLearning products to enhance employee competencies that align with the company's core values.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment that is driven to translate sundry training requirements into efficacious training solutions, from concept to final deliverable.

?        Produce training content using the ADDIE Model

?        Convert work procedures into AV scripts

?        Execute on all phases of production

?        Provide accurate time estimates for each phase of the production process

?        Videography/editing as required to support various training projects

?        Learning Management System administration (Success Factors)

Essential skills:

?        Adept knowledge of Adobe's Creative Cloud Apps: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition

?        2D & 3D motion graphic creation (After Effects / Autodesk Maya)

?        Articulate Studio 13 / Storyline 2

?        Videography / Photography / Video Editing
