Ability to follow creative direction to create effective out-of-home ads that meet the objectives and needs of our clients and perspective clients. The designing of ads will include copy writing, image sourcing and/or illustrating, all of which can be directed by a senior creative. Once the ads are created, the ads should be reviewed by a senior creative. Designer will also have to make creative files/mechanicals print ready. Designer may also need to assist clients who are providing their own creative for various reasons, such as resizing ads.
Providing Contracted and Speculative Art to promote sales.
Knowledge of design trends.
Making print ready mechanicals to fulfill local out-of home advertising contracts.
Assist senior creatives with the development of graphic design artwork.
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and design best practices.
Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media
Acts with diplomacy as a representative of the Creative/Sales Department.
Performs other related duties as required.
College Education in Design, Communications, and Art
Knowledge of advertising design concepts and executions as it pertains to Out-Of-Home and the medium's unique challenges
An understanding of team environment and the ability to flourish within.
Experience with, and proficiency in software applications used for graphic design including, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Quark Xpress.
