Unique opportunity to join one of the most vibrant Law Firms in the Bay Area! Prominent Bay Area Plaintiff's law firm (AV Rated) specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse and civil rights, is seeking a seasoned SEO/SMM/SEM Manager who will be responsible for managing Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Management to increase visibility on all major search engines & expand social communities. You will help manage all aspects of executing digital media campaigns for the Firm. We are looking for someone that can quickly learn and demonstrate the ability to plan, implement, monitor, optimize & report on all digital channels.
Conduct account audits and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Evaluate the current SEO state and highlight opportunities related to internal linking, site structure, and page templates.
Encourage SEO best practices; collaborate with other marketing team members to advance all channel messaging.
Play an important role on our marketing team as we continue to drive month after month growth in our current markets.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics to uncover issues and new marketing opportunities.
Develop brand awareness & online reputation for clients by executing social media strategies.

Demonstrated success and passion for search and social marketing.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SMM and SEM.
Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console (aka Google Webmaster Tools), and Bright Edge.
Must have SEO copywriting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Action-oriented, focused on quality output.
At least 4 years of experience in a content and/or SEO specific role.
A solid understanding of how content and SEO support the overall customer experience and drive marketing and business objectives.
Experience creating dashboards & analyzing data (using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and etc).
Passion for SEO trends and requirements.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence, collaborate as part of a team.
