Establish and evolve design processes globally through strategies and projects to meet the Brands goals and maintain leadership in the sporting goods industry. Assist in providing clarity to horizontally to design categories, and relevant cross-functional business partners.
Improving and supporting the execution of functional processes, and by resolving issues. Support the design teams globally in adopting new processes
Co-ordinate and execute a variety of cross functional Design Direction projects and support the development of Design Strategy, trend presentations and updates to Senior Management and cross-functional business partner by gathering and compiling information and putting it into a user friendly and presentable format.
Creating and maintaining links across the brand's creative community, and by creating venues for design thinking, and creative innovation.
Ensure consistency, flow and high quality of the presentations.
Support continuous exchange of relevant process and resource information between business units and creation centers.
Support overall project team in executing new digital creation processes and implementation of new tools, trainings and standards related to project.

Must be a holistic thinker - can establish and drive end-to-end process strategy and initiatives
Credible expertise and attitude in interacting with creative resources is essential
Innovative mind ? can develop innovative solutions to varied range of problems
Strong planning and analytical skills is a MUST
Ability to understand complex topics and see links between different topics
Excellent verbal and written communication, and influence skills
Must have the capacity to organize and streamline multiple task demands, and resourcefully initiate workload priorities
Accustomed to working within an international environment
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required
College or University Degree in Communication/Brand Design or equivalent
3 year professional experience in an environment where cross-functional transfer is necessary
