Started by designer Tory Burch in 2009, the Tory Burch Foundation provides access to capital, education and digital resources to empower women entrepreneurs. 

Job Description

·     The freelance designer will be responsible for creating a high quality digital experience for Tory Burch Foundation under the direction of the Foundation's Digital & Marketing team. This position holds a key role to maintain a consistent design aesthetic for our website, social media, emails and print.

·      Present designs of web assets, social media content, monthly emails and print creative assets to Foundation Digital & Marketing Team for review, edits and approvals.

·       Prepares creative presentations, event invitations, product designs and additional assets as needed.

·       Works within assigned project schedules

·       Build and maintain collaborative relationships to execute innovative creative solutions

·       Photo editing and treatment for site and social

·       Manage photography and creative assets database

·       Assists the Digital and Marketing team as needed


Required Skills & Experience

·       A passionate visual digital designer with 4+ years of direct experience in content and marketing and a proven track record in graphic design.

·       A multifaceted creative who understands how design translates across all devices

·       Must have extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (CS) including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, After Effects, Flash and Motion Graphics

·       Front-end development for the website, email and additional projects as needed

·      Team player with strong interpersonal skills

·      Self-motivated and able to work independently; demonstrates good judgment in carrying out responsibilities

·      Thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick timelines.

·      Have an aesthetic sensibility that blends beautiful and useful
