The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall research and development of concepts and design for marketing and event collateral under the direction of the Creative Director. This position requires a strong understanding of concept development, layout compositions, color theory and typography.


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study from an accredited university; and

Three to five years of related experience; or

Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job


-Develop and execute projects flowing through the Creative & Marketing Department for all real estate properties as well as select corporate initiatives, including the conception and design of branding and collateral, advertisements, signage, and all marketing and event materials for digital and print application

-Review graphic design requests and distribute workload across team of in-house and third party designers

-Work with Creative Director and project stakeholders (Asset Managers, Creative Managers, Leasing Associates) to develop and execute special projects supporting property-level initiatives

-Work with Leasing Associates to plan and execute ICSC convention graphic needs

-Development of logo and brand identity for new properties and events

-Maintain library of existing brand standards and photography

-Interface with printing vendors regarding quotes, proofs, materials, printing process, and color to ensure alignment with project goals and oversee that each print job is high quality, on time and in budget

-Edit and retouch photos for marketing materials, websites, etc.

-Stock photography research


Adobe Creative Suite


Knowledge of

MS Office Suite

Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop


Pre-press processes

Working Conditions

Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, travel, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or attend special events
