STUDIO 300 is looking to expand its amazing team of creatives! We design products, experiences, campaigns, environments and tell stories on and offline. STUDIO 300 is an inhouse studio for several beauty brands including amika ( 

Since we create everything in house from packaging to campaigns, environmental graphics, social media, photo shoots, marketing materials, online assets as well as entire web sites, there is a rich diversity of projects. We are looking for a designer with a talent for graphics, typography, layout, proportions and love of collaboration and working in a team to build something bigger.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop packaging from ideation and concept to production

- Design materials both print and online around campaigns and brand story lines

- Research design and typography trends, history and references as       foundations for new design and campaign work

- Support the overall creative work of the studio, bringing new ideas and   input to feed campaigns and larger brand programs

- Create on-brand solutions for packaging, environmental graphics,           digital applications, in-store displays, email campaigns, brochures,       mailers, catalogs, and other marketing materials

- Create visual concepts and executions that are on brand,                     incorporating design direction

- Create and deliver production-ready art for print and web

- Work on evolving and creating brand guidelines

- Work with sales and marketing teams to design effective solutions       that meet business goals


- Design Degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years related work       experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

- Attention to detail and love of design craft is a must

- Great interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage own workload

- Knowledge of pre-press standards, color management and experience   preparing design work for online a big plus

- Intermediate retouching and photo editing skills

- Ability to work with developers is a big plus

- Ability to work well under pressure, effectively handle tight deadlines,     unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and changing priorities

- Interest and fluency with photography, art and trends

- A love of beauty and fashion is a plus
