Wieden+Kennedy and Nike Take Early Leads as Top Agency and Top Client in the Pencil Rankings

New York, NY (June 7, 2011) – The One Club and D&AD, two of the most respected organizations in the world that award creativity in advertising and design, announce early results from their ground breaking initiative aimed at identifying the top agencies and brands of the year.
The Pencil Rankings, www.pencilrankings.org, measures performance by combining results from The One Show and the D&AD Awards. The two organizations are committed to the most rigorous standards of judging quality, and every year assemble the world's most renowned creative professionals to evaluate tens of thousands of entries from all around the world.
The Pencil Rankings are determined by assigning a defined number of points to each award received at The One Show and The D&AD Awards Night. Points are totaled to provide an index of performance for individual advertising and design agencies across both awards competitions.
The following rankings reflect One Show results alone. Combined One Show and D&AD rankings will be released June 17th after the D&AD Awards Night.
