Realizing that her impersonations of W.C. Fields and Donald Duck would only take her so far in life, Susan decided, naturally, to go into advertising. Originally from Kentucky, she moved to Boston to start her ad career at Ingalls. From there, she went to Cohn Godley Norwood to work on Simple Shoes and Luxury Collection Hotels. Next came Mullen where she wrote ads for Swiss Army, L.L. Bean and Sylvania. She then spent the next several years at Arnold Worldwide on Volkswagen of America. Susan recently moved to New York where she is now happily working at Mother. Throughout her travels she has been awarded by The One Show, Communication Arts, Cannes, Archive, The Andy's, The Art Directors Club, The Obies, and The Athenas. Susan currently lives in Manhattan with her husband Bruno and their turtle Bubba. And does not normally speak in the third person.
