After starting his career in San Diego at Franklin & Associates, Chuck McBride moved
to Los Angeles and worked on Lexus at Team One Advertising. Subaru at Wieden +
Kennedy/Philadelphia followed. He then moved on to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in
San Francisco, where he worked on Isuzu and launched the "got milk?" campaign. Levi's
at Foote, Cone and Belding was next. Then he reunited with Wieden to work on Nike.
In 15 years, Chuck has garnered every major creative and effectiveness award in the
business including an Emmy. He was named Creative all-star in 1999 and MVP in 2001
by AdWeek Magazine. Also, Boards magazine just named him the #1 Creative Director
in the world.
And since being at TBWA\Chiat\Day San Francisco he has lead a relatively small
group of people to be ranked twice in the top ten creative agencies of the world by the
Gunn Report with his work on Fox Sports and adidas.
At the 2005 festival, his work won more Cannes film lions than any other US agency.
