Mike started out his advertising career working as an account guy on McDonald's at The Arnold Agency in Richmond, VA.
Not very fun.
So he decided to start writing ads at night.
That was fun.
He showed these ads to his creative directors during the day.
Not so fun.
They said, "You're an account guy. Stick to account guy work."
Really not fun.
He quit.
Yay! Fun!
He went to the VCU Adcenter.
Mostly fun.
He got a job at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and spent the next 7 years working with people who judge these shows.
99% loads o' fun.
His work has been recognized by the One Show, Cannes, Kelly's and Radio Mercury Awards.
Big fun.
He recently moved to New York (really fun) and has been freelancing at BBDO where he just discovered the bar on the 7th floor.
Mmm…beer fun.
