Clive Piercy is a partner and Creative Director of Santa Monica-based Ph.D, A Design Alliance,involved in design and communications for clients such as Nike,Peerless Lighting,Chronicle Books and Quiksilver. Since 1988 Ph.D's work has won awards from most of the major national and international design competitions.Piercy graduated with honors from Brighton School of Art in England,and was a designer at BBC Television for four years before moving to America to become Creative Director of the Rod Dyer Group.He is a member of the Faculty at Art Center College of Design,married to the illustrious illustrator Ann Field,and is a lifelong supporter of Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
