Garrick Hamm is Creative Partner at London-based design consultancy Williams Murray Hamm. The ten-year-old business has earned a strong creative reputation having been named 'Design Agency of the Year' twice, listed in the FT's top 50 Creative Businesses, and ranked Number 1 in the 2005 UK Design Week Creative Survey.
Garrick left Somerset College of Art in 1989 to join Michael Peters and Partners where he completed his "design apprenticeship". He left after four years to join Tuttsels/Lambie-Nairn where he gained experience working across a variety of different design disciplines, from TV, Corporate Identity and Packaging. He has won major awards at D&AD, Design Week, Clio, New York Festivals, Communication Arts and Type Directors. He is a passionate exponent of ideas based design working across all communication channels.
Garrick has judged on many International Design Awards panels and has a keen interest in design education. He is currently Chairman of the D&AD Education Committee and a fellow of RSA.
