As a Principle and Associate Creative Director at Sandstrom Design, Sally has created effective brand communication for clients large and small. They include ESPN, Nike, Converse, Brand Jordan, adidas, Reebok, Portland Center Stage, Kink fm, and Sokol Blosser Winery. Awards include CA, The One Show, AIGA, Graphis, New York Art Directors Club, I.D. Magazine, Type Directors Club, Portland Rosey Awards, London International and a red ribbon for coming in second in a Barrel Riding contest at summer camp. Sadly, she lost by mere seconds.
Sally is a graduate of Westmont College and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Her early career includes work for Swatch, the SF Opera and SF Ballet and Dr. Martens. She has been both a board member and speaker for the AIGA in Portland as well as a former The One Show, San Francisco Show, AltPick and Communications Arts design judge.
