Robert Rasmussen joined Wieden+Kennedy Portland, in 1994 as a senior designer working on Nike, Microsoft and Miller. In 1997 he switched disciplines to art director, working on Nike, Miller, Indy Racing League, and Coke. Seeking the freedom of the mountain air, in 2001 he moved to Denver, Colorado as an associate creative director for McClain Finlon Advertising. It was not to last. Responding to the microchip implanted in his brain, Robert dutifully returned to the Wieden+Kennedy family in 2003. This time it was in New York as a senior art director. Here, Robert has has occupied his time working on ESPN, Jordan and Nike. His groundbreaking Beta-7 campaign for Sega/ESPN NFL Football crossed all medias from the internet to direct mail to television. The campaign was recognized with gold pencils by both the One Show and One Show Interactive. It was also honored with an Andy Award, an Art Directors Club gold cube, and a Grand Clio.
