Crystal began her advertising career in San Francisco at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, then moved over to the creative shop, Venables, Bell & Partners. There she spearheaded the re-launch of the Napster brand with an integrated campaign that created the napster "kitty" and brought him to life in a series of viral animations, TV spots, print and guerilla. She's also done work for HBO, Barclays Bank, Animal Planet and Robert Mondavi Winery. Crystal recently returned to Venables, Bell and Partners after spending a year at TBWAChiatDay's New York office where she worked on the launch of the re-branded Sprint-Nextel, as well as Embassy Suites Hotels, Absolut and The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.
