My name is Earl, however everyone knows me as Damien. Currently I live and work in beautiful San Francisco where I spend as much time as possible enjoying the weather and all the city has to offer with my girlfriend and our 4 pound chihuahua named Dumpling. My goal in life is to be a Rock Star, whether on stage or in advertising. And I hope to one day start my own agency where every day is like a rock concert, filled with loud music, crazy parties, and of course tons of award winning ads, so the fun never stops. Simply put, I am someone who loves what they do and lives to do what they love - to create and inspire.

The Winning Pitch NYC

Invited by TV Producer and Series Creator Don Farrow to take part in the filming of a pitch video for a reality TV series which follows eight creative teams as they try to impress a panel of judges and ultimately win a twenty million dollar creative account.

Prior to being filmed over a two day period at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, my partner Amoura Leigh and I were briefed and given one week to brainstorm, execute and pitch a campaign to revive the career of failed politician Eliot Spitzer. At the end of the week we were asked to pitch our campaign to a panel of three judges, which included Advertising Headhunter Jill Weingarten, the V.P. of Marvel Comics Ira Rubenstein and award winning Art Director Lee Garfinkel.

With production over, the series is currently being pitched to television networks nationwide.
