Global Retail Concept & Flagship Store / Komono

Description

Together with Carsten Goertz and at Random Studio, I developed the concept and creative direction for the new global retail design of sunglasses and watch brand Komono.

Instead of a color code or recurring materials, the retail system is based on specific (architectural) elements and diversity. Every store is going to have the same minimal architecture, furniture and communication, while always featuring a different material and color palette (Komono: »We are not a plastic brand«).

The first one we recently designed is their flagship store in Antwerp. More stores are soon to come.
