Objective: Design an inviting, mobile environment to accompany Hyundai's 10-City Ride and Drive tour.

Objective

Mobility is key. A recycled shipping container unfolded on all four sides to reveal a lounge and interactive area housed within. Hyundai teamed up with Dwell magazine and architect Chris Deam to select furniture for the interior space.

As a result, [Sonata Uncensored] offered consumers the opportunity to test-drive the Sonata against competitive vehicles and to experience the Hyundai brand in a personal, meaningful and hands-on way.

Technical Challenge

Designing a mobile tour is always challenging as the space has parameters and limitations based on logistics. The footprint of the shipping container definitely limited creativity, but it also allowed for an edited, pure design.
