About the Work
The photographer, Ashley Gilbertson, ran nearly two miles from the 'Stop the Steal' rally to the Capitol, past rioters battling the police, to document the mob entering the building and what followed. Gilbertson captured Officer Goodman, a police officer inside the Capitol, at 2:13 pm being threatened by rioters.
