About the Work
Ninna is an elegant Roman display, playing with historical forms while being quite modern. It contains a set of classical characters and swash alternates. Each swash is designed as an illustration inspired by the Decorative Arts.
Ninna's inspiration comes from New York. When I worked with Paula Scher in 2019, I had access to her personal library. A gold mine! I was very inspired by different books and also by the signs on the streets of NYC. I dedicate this font to this city that I love so much.
