Adly Elewa is a multi-disciplinary graphic designer working at ICRAVE. A born and bred New Yorker, Adly Elewa has been designing book covers, magazines, movie posters, logos, advertisements, websites, and apps professionally since his graduation from the School of Visual Arts.

Prior to joining ICRAVE Adly has spent time in the design departments of noted publishing giants Farrar, Straus and Giroux and Penguin Random House. He has freelanced for award winning advertising and design firms McCann, Mother and Anomaly. He has also served as the Lead Designer and Product Designer at a small tech start up focused on disrupting the hospitality industry.

Since 2015, Adly continues to design and art directed a highly acclaimed literary magazine called American Chordata alongside New York Magazine’s staff photographer Bobby Doherty. The magazine has been called “Brilliantly designed” by It’s Nice That and Easily the best (and best looking) new literary mag on the stand.” by the AIGA.

After hours Adly can be found teaching typography in the continuing education department at his alma mater The School of Visual Arts.
