The ADC Annual Awards is the oldest continuously running industry award show in the world. Now in its incredible 102nd year, these awards celebrate the very best in advertising, digital media, graphic and publication design, packaging and product design, motion, experiential and spatial design, photography, illustration and fashion design all with a focus on artistry and craftsmanship.

Synderela Peng

Synderela Peng is a motion designer and creative director based in Los Angeles.

Since 2002, she has designed title sequences for feature films such as Tomorrowland, Hot Tub Time Machine Oliver Stone’s W and more. She has also designed show opens for HBO's Olive Kitteridge, Fx’s The Bridge and Comedy Central’s Key & Peele. Branding work ranges from the 2013 Starz rebrand, to the launch campaign for Getty Foundation’s Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 2013 AIGA Design Conference opening graphics. Agency clients include Weiden+Kennedy, SS+K, TBWA/Chiat Day, McCann on commercial campaigns for T-Mobile, Weightwatchers, GM and Avon’s Walk for Breast Cancer. 

She was an art director at yU+co for 14 years before joining FX Networks in 2015 as creative director. At FX she worked on the on-air marketing for American Horror Story, The Strain, Taboo, Snowfall and the upcoming American Crime Story: Versace.

She received her BFA in illustration from the Art Center College of Design and an MFA in design from CalArts. She's been nominated twice for an Emmy in the title design category and has won numerous BDA awards through her work at FX.  She was formerly on the board of Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions (LACE) and currently on the executive committee of the Emmy’s Title Design Peer Group.
