Ursula Damm is the founder of the design firm Dammsavage Inc., based in Brooklyn, New York, and the Creative Director of Daylight Books.

She is the recipient of various awards including the coveted silver cube from the Art Directors Club, the Red Dot, Graphic Design USA, and the German Design Award for excellence in art book design.

In her career, Ursula maintains the balance between art and not-for profit work, which gives her the opportunity to collaborate with accomplished artists as well as notable organizations like the United Nations and its various departments.

Her work is influenced by her passion for art, music, storytelling, and social issues.
