The ADC Annual Awards is the oldest continuously running industry award show in the world. Now in its incredible 102nd year, these awards celebrate the very best in advertising, digital media, graphic and publication design, packaging and product design, motion, experiential and spatial design, photography, illustration and fashion design all with a focus on artistry and craftsmanship.

Raul Aguila

Raul Aguila is currently the Design Director at Esquire Magazine. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts (SVA), he started working for Chris Dixon at New York Magazine. He then had the opportunity to work for Arem Duplessis and Gail Bichler with New York Times Magazine, which prepared him for his Art Director role at Wired Magazine working under Scott Dadich. Some of his favorite special issues he worked on includes the 9/11 Issue at New York Magazine, The Who Made That? Issue at The New York Times and the Obama issue at Wired Magazine. He has received various AD&D awards and SPD awards, most recently receiving SPD Gold for Esquire’s redesign in collaboration with Anton Ioukhnovets.
