Noel co-founded two of South Africa’s most successful ad agencies: Joe Public and FoxP2, both are still amongst the most successful agencies in the country today.

After selling his stake in both, Noel moved to New York where he was Executive Creative Director at GREY. During his 4-year tenure Noel steered the Talking Baby campaign for E*TRADE as well as P&G’s Febreze Breathe Happy ‘Blindfold’ campaign. Both campaigns were highly awarded for creativity and efficacy.

For the last seven years at Fitzco Atlanta Noel has had an impact on the agency steering and growing accounts such as Coca-Cola, Navy Federal Credit Union, Checkers & Rally’s, Fanta, French’s mustard etc. In 2017 Noel was voted onto the Adweek 100 as one of 15 Chief Creative Officers inspiring the advertising of tomorrow. This past year Fitzco won Best in Discipline and five pencils at One Show, an Art Directors Club Cube, three D&AD Pencils as well as six Cannes Lions.
