As the founder and chief creative officer of Jane Smith, operating out of New York and Los Angeles, Alisha built the company to cater to global clients. She established the agency in 2016 as a flexible and collaborative solution for the fast evolving and demanding landscape brands face today. She began her career as an Art Director in San Francisco and Seattle working at advertising giants such as Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Arnold Worldwide, and Publicis, working on clients like Nike. She then lived in Milan working at a boutique design studio where she garnered luxury experience catering to European clients such as Jil Sander and Lancaster. In New York and Los Angeles she gained in-depth internal and external knowledge of the industry as a creative at fashion advertising agencies like Laird + Partners, and in-house. Since opening the agency, Alisha and the exceptional Jane Smith team of creatives, strategists and marketing experts, have partnered with clients to deliver impactful creative and comprehensive marketing that drive results.
