Julia Neumann joined TBWA Chiat Day in early 2018 as Executive Creative Director. She’s responsible for the creative output across different accounts, such as Mtn Dew, TD bank, Adidas and Brooklyn Film Festival.

Throughout her career, her work has been recognized at all the industry’s top award shows. Notable work includes “Billie Jean King Your Shoes” for adidas, JetBlue “FlyBabies”, Land Rover’s “Pathological Liar”, as well as “Bucket List” and the critically acclaimed stunt “Art Heist for Good” for WaterIsLife, in which she played Robin Hood.

Julia Neumann was included in Business Insider's annual list of most creative women in advertising in 2013, 2014 and 2016. AdAge put her on the Creatives You Should Know list that same year.

Outside of agency life, Julia directed a documentary short called “Deporting Myself.” The film premiered at the Berkshire International Film Festival, was part of this year’s official selection at the Marfa Film Festival, won best short documentary at the Coney Island Film Festival and was most recently featured at the NBC News “Meet the Press” Film Festival.
