Oriana is an award-winning Senior Designer working at R/GA London. Her experience spans from creating digital experiences, design systems and installations to brand identities and visual languages, for clients such as Siemens, BBC, Google, O2 and Splice among others.
She has worked on R/GA’s Venture Studio program, helping forward-thinking, sustainability-oriented start-ups shape their ideas and bring them to life. Oriana is a detail obsessed, design and new technologies lover, she is a strong advocate of inclusion and gender equality and is actively involved in R/GA’s own WomanUp initiative, which she helped redefine the brand identity for.
Her work has been recognised by multiple industry awards of the likes of the Cannes Lions, Red Dot, D&Ad, Webby and Lovie awards and more.
Oriana has been a speaker at design conferences of the likes of OFFF and is part of the jury panel of TheFWA and Digital Design Awards since 2016.
