Ksenya Samarskaya is a creative practitioner, working between the Iberian and North American coasts. Samarskaya has served on the board of AIGA/NY, and taught visual communications and typography at Harbour.Space University, School of Visual Arts, and the University for the Arts. She has previously judged competitions for Communication Arts, TISDC, TDC, and the SoTA Catalyst Award. Recent areas of research and intrigue include how multi-script typography can best coexist, various political unlearnings, as well as teaching for creativity and adaptability.
