Melissa joined MRM in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer of the US West office to define the creative vision and deliver creative excellence for their clients, Cisco, Microsoft, Panasonic, USPS, Verizon, and many more. She is passionate about harnessing the power of creativity and technology to grow meaningful relationships with people.

Her award-winning career has spanned 20 years, leading agencies and building diverse creative teams in London and New York. She defined industry social firsts with Lidl and Facebook in Europe, orchestrated US-wide music platforms with American Express, and launched a global movement to demand attention for girls education with Michelle Obama's initiative, Let Girls Learn. She was shortlisted for The Drum Creative Women of the Year in 2017 and named one of MarComm's Magnificent Women in 2019. Her work has been recognized by the Clios, D&AD Impact, Effie Awards, One Show, The Webby Awards, The Lovie Awards, DADIs, and The Shortys, to name a few.
