Nicola knows that in this age of the consumer, it is the customer's experience that creates leading-edge market differentiation, and the role of brand is to enable consistent experience.

Nicola’s unique vision comes from understanding brand from many perspectives. She has led business and brand transformation from agency, consultancy and client-side in Europe, Asia and Australia, on global and local brands. Prior to joining Interbrand, Nicola led the creation of Experience Design at Deloitte Digital, and co-founded Australia’s first customer experience consultancy, Mash Up.
