FLORENCE MOLL is the founder the agency FMA leBureau, a creative image makers representation office based in Paris. www.fmalebureau.com. In a constant spirit of curiosity, Florence Moll also has a keen interest in young, upcoming artists, and as such regularly collaborates with the world-renowned Gobelins, l’école de l’image and is also a member of various panels overseeing exhibitions, awards and festivals and photographic design schools. She was president of the photographic category of the french art directors club awards 2020.
In 2017, she co-founfed the first women professional organisation in photography "Les Filles de la Photo" and was its co-president till January 2021.
She also directs the first Observatory of Mixity in the ecosystem of Photography, supported by the French Ministery of Culture and Kering / Women in Motion.
