I am a Fashion Designer who thinks that the world we live in has changed dramatically and fashion must change with it. I believe I have the ability to create, build and expand fashion trends because I understand the consumer and their needs in the current market. I think of myself as a visionary who is dedicated to creating apparel that links people of all sizes, races and cultures into a united entity. In order to achieve this, I look to my extensive background in the fashion industry, which has enabled me to reshape fashion as it evolved. In 2013, I was nominated for the Best Activewear Designer in the Sport/Activewear Category at the WGSN Global Fashion Awards, which was a great achievement for me. After that, I established a “Plus Size” collection that offered clothing promoting a positive body image for women of all body sizes and shapes. I also have had the privilege of designing collections for professional athletes, such as Shaquille O’Neil and many world class athletes competing at Wimbledon, the French Open, the US Open, and the Olympic Games.
